1. SCOPE.
N-Compass Capital, LLC takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how N-Compass Capital, LLC collects, uses, and protects Information submitted and collected as part of its Excel Your Revenue web-based service and generally on its website (together, the Services).
a. Information means information that determines the identity of an individual.
2. DATA COLLECTION.
a. Registration Data. When registering with our Services, you will provide Information (such as company name, individual name, address, phone number, and email address).
b. Personal Information. For our business purpose, N-Compass Capital, LLC may collect the following additional Information:
• identifiers such as contact information, cookies, etc.;
• sensitive/personal information;
• commercial information, Internet/electronic activity, geolocation, audio/video data, professional or employment related information, and inferences from the foregoing.
3. USES.
N-Compass Capital, LLC uses the Information for business purposes including without limitation:

Company processes Information to perform its contract with you for the use of its websites and services and to fulfill its contractual obligations; if Company has not entered into a contract with you, Company bases the processing of Information on Company’s legitimate interest to operate and administer its websites and to provide you with content you access and request (e.g., to download content from our website.
b. Support. To provide technical support to you and debug our Services.
c. Security. To detect security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity.
d. Quality. To maintain the quality and safety of the Services, and to enhance, improve and update those Services.
e. Auditing. To audit activity in our Service, including legal, regulatory and industry compliance.
f. Research and Development. To perform internal research and technological development and demonstration.
g. De-identified and Aggregated Information. To create de-identified and aggregated information from the Information to improve our Services and for other internal and external purposes.
h. Email Marketing. To send you marketing emails. You can always ‘update your preferences’ or ‘unsubscribe’ from those emails within the body of the email.
4. TRACKING, DISCLOSING, AND SHARING.
a. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Modern web browsers are configured to accept browser cookies by default. You may choose to configure your browser to remove or reject cookies. If you elect to remove or reject cookies, the functionality of our Platform will be affected. Company’s platform also uses Google Analytics to help Company understand things like how you navigate through our Platform, and “tracer tags” to help Company understand things like your location data (to help you, for example, easily find available inventory of sellers in your area), and what part of our Platform you are interacting with.
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
b. Service Providers. N-Compass Capital, LLC may share Information to certain service providers, as follows:
• Credit card processors;
• Hosting providers; and
• Other contractors providing Services on our behalf, with the appropriate protective contracts in place.
c. Legal Requirements. N-Compass Capital, LLC may be required by law to disclose your Information, and Company will try to take steps to limit any such disclosure.
d. Change of Ownership. If N-Compass Capital, LLC is acquired or otherwise sell our business, Company will transfer all the Information to the successor entity. N-Compass Capital, LLC will try to notify you of any change in ownership or sale by either posting it on our site or by emailing you (at the email address in the system).
e. No Sales of Information. N-Compass Capital, LLC does not sell your Information to any third parties.
5. RIGHTS RELATING TO INFORMATION.
a. Retention. Company will retain your Information for as long as necessary for the relevant activity for which it was provided or collected, in accordance with our then current data retention policy, unless you otherwise request that it be deleted sooner in accordance with this policy.
b. Marketing. If you change your mind about being sent marketing emails you can “opt out” at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email. Once you “opt out”, you will no longer receive any marketing emails from Company. Company will continue to communicate with you regarding your service billing and support via email.
c. Contact. To exercise your rights regarding your Information by email, mail, or phone, please use the contact information provided at the bottom of this policy. Company will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days, where possible and will contact you should Company requires additional information in order to honor your request. You may also complain to the supervisory authority of the country in which you are located.
6. OTHER TERMS.
a. Application of this Policy. By registering on our Service or using our website, you agree to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy and that Company may process your Information.
b. Industry Standard Security. While Company uses industry standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Information under our control, there is no guaranty that it cannot be compromised.
c. No Under Age 13. N-Compass Capital, LLC does not intentionally gather Information about visitors who are under the age of 13.
d. No Contractual Rights. This Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any contractual rights or obligations.
